1/4 light Seals

Has anyone got any of theses seals left? I remember seeing a comment from the maker saying he had sold out? I'm not greedy, one pair will do nicely :)

We have received the quarter light seals today and boy oh boy are they a good piece of workmanship. Colin the husband will be fitting these once the shed/workshop has been built for Colin KKK.

Having looked, it is not a job I am going to do myself! Theres a few bits to drill out etc that I just know I will bugger up :D:D

I've replaced the actual quarter lights but re-used the old seals, not many people would like my method as it involves bending stuff:eek:

I just shelled out £150 for a pair of 1/4 light seals from Austraila. O well

There had been a wait for many years to have the seals made - I think we all have purchased from Frank in Aus. They are fantastic, well worth the money paid, though mine cost more as I had someone else fit them as I wasn't up to the job! :)

I recently had a conversation with my father in law about disc brake conversion for a Commer... He seems to think the disc front end off a Humber sport... Can't remember model but I'll pick his brains when I see him next

Humber Supersnipe, if you can find any that is. Martin is working on a conversion using modern components - still in developement.

Yeah after I dismantled the 1/4 lights the frames where rotten as a carrot. Inquired everywhere including Martin for frames couldn't get any anywhere So I've done away with the frames all together & fitted new seals perfect fit & replaced the glass with lexan re-drilled the holes for the window catches etc & you wouldn't know the difference. So now there just dummy Windows
