Only about 1.5 weeks to go. Ordered the birch faced ply for the furniture. While taking off the sticky plastic chrome trim from the pop up sides it took a fair amount of ply face off with it so now have to make them as well. Decided on porthole windows and a very helpful ebay chap laser cut some mdf rings. Pity I had a special moment with the drawings as wanted the widths twice as big but they’ll work.

Turned out there were only a couple of tiny holes in the tank so going to fill and put that liquid rubber two pack stuff in it. Which will hopefully stop any future snakeskin issues. Fuel economy should go up as well now lol.

The spare wheel clamp had been botched welded on previously. If they put it back on through the ‘origional’ holes in bracing strip the top hook will hit the sides. I can’t remember how it used to go on???? Why the 2 hooks??? Advice please
