What you have to say about the insurance company, would you still recommend RH or are you thinking of changing to a different company.

A word of warning when dealing with insurance claims and classics, don't expect a breakdown truck to appear and whisk you treasured possession off and return it as new in a couple of days[V] I've just spent the day phoning round looking for garages that will work on old cars for quotes myself - the insurance companies 'recommended' repair centres wont touch anything that even whiffs of old so I had to do the legwork myself. Luckily I was put on to a trustworthy local place by the gaffer at my MOT place - flippin annoying and this is with RH Specialists who deal with thousands of classics, trouble is it's the actual insurance company (Equity Red Star in my case)not the broker you are talking to and they've got about as much idea about classics as I have about knitting[
