Colmj ...since my 6-speed was fitted .....my speedo on average reads 5mph fast but I believe Chris's reads 10mph fast .....I have 14'' tyres and I think she has 15'' tyres ...so that would account for the difference ...also, when these vans left the factory there are 2 different part numbers for the speedo head...one being calibrated for a normal gearbox and the other being calibrated for a factory fitted overdrive.(mine is the calibrated for overdrive) .....confused yet??:D .......best thing to do is go for a drive with your sat nav set to speedo mode and compare your actual reading.........you can buy very cheap stickers from fleabay that you could stick on your speedo just so as you know whether to slow down for speed cameras etc ;)

OMG! ...after my visit without CAKE you would think that the message was clear enough.......

Collecting probably next weekend Mr. Enigma. Bits to finish off inside before i get excited. Only ever driven the van once before it went to Tim. So wont comment on the standard commer driving experience. Is there some sort of cake fixation going on up in Norfolk that I Don't know about.
 
The FT has now left the building. Colm has made it the 100ish miles home without a hitch [^]

Oh no i forgot about the cake fixation. Made it back quite easily it was non stop from Downham market to Hackney. It's all covered down.
 
Passed the MOT today. 12 more months of cruising. Needed an exhaust ring to pass though. Wondered why the van was so noisy all this time. Got me a nice Lucas electronic ignition off the eBay installed. Still haven't worked out how to post pictures on here yet. Saying my picture file sizes are unreasonable........
