What needle would you put in an SU to match to the engine? I know SU's having been into Mini's for years. The Weber is driving me mad. Considering it's only a couple of years old.
I sorted my garage into 4 piles of stuff.
1. Stuff I`m keeping
2. Stuff I`m not getting rid of.
3. Stuff I might use..one day.
4. Stuff that might come in handy.

A 1275 Mini one is a good start, or whatever is in the carb you use and work from there

Sorry i didn't have any orange paint but i have added a bracket for the throttle cable, and extended the pivot arm for more leverage
This is the air gap between them when bolted on [^]
Should be worth about 3 bhp on it's own just from lower inlet charge temperatures. When you've got bugger all to start with, every little helps

The Colonel finally gets one too, although this could be subject to change as i have a cunning plan to investigate
Managed to shorten the flange down to about 1", so that should give ample room for a filter

OK please all don't shout at once[)]but remember it's over 25 years since I owned my other Commer, why do some of the manifolds such as Colin's have 3 bolts in them but the one for Debs it looks like the bolt holes are filled in[?] I suppose on some there is something that bolts on to it which isn't needed on the others but I haven't got a clue.

None are needed with an SU so i used to weld them up, but now i just put bolts in the holes
