My project vans

It is only a two day event. Did not have enough time to give me a go. Most cars were doing it in under 40sec. Well worth a trip up to see. Commer fest. Scotland next year:):):):)

Have not been on for a long time. Hope everyone is well. Pickup still in use. Post bus used at the weekend. Have just been reading about everyone. Have not heard much about The Colonel. Will post some pictures of work carried out on my vans when I get some light to take some pictures.:):):):)

image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg Off work for two weeks. Time to work on my camper. First job removed engine and gear box for rebuild. Removed side windows and frames. Hope to get back axle out tomorrow then strip engine to check for any wear on inside. Have made up lifting frame for forklift to move the van round the yard.

Nice work Frank,Did you mean The Colonel? Nothing happening there leaking like a sieve doesn't even make a good shed at the moment!Apologies if that's not what you meant.

Nice work on the van so far @Colin Stewart. We have Peggy working (fingers crossed) well at the moment. Photo attached.
Hopefully no issues come up and we keep serving up our fusion Indian Food out across London and beyond.

image.jpeg image.jpeg Van looks great just to far to go for a carry out. Was just going to do a quick resto on the van but got carried away. Engine had a rattle on number two. Engine stripped for rebuild. Head away to get new valve seats to run on unleaded. Crank shaft will need regrind and new shells. Axle is now out for refurb. Body work needs most work. Wood work is away to get a refurb. Once I get it finished will nip down for a carry out. :):):):)

In for a penny in for a pound. Beats watching s**t on the telly. Will be on the phone to Martin soon with my list of parts.
