Top man bernie, I knew it was that immobiliser causing you all the agro. When I first started my job in the old days when there were loads of those mercs about they used to cause all sorts of trouble. I knew you would have her running once you had the correct info. Even goes forwards and backwards now to[8D]Well done
A commer with even bigger boost will be appering on a screen near you soon!
Thanks every one and a very big thanks to Panky & Jon. We had a few teething problems mainly a pair of mole grips clamping the fuel return pipe :I fitted when we thought there was a fuel issue when it wouldn't start. :I
Amazing what you can do when you get the right information Thanks again Jon,
We also needed to lower the radiator about ¾” so the bonnet would shut, the exhaust was blowing a little but that’s sorted now.
Managed to by-pass the sensor in the mirror so the immobilizer is now off all the time.
I've got more videos to post but the internet has been playing up at home so will post them ASAP.
Apart from, a massive well done Bernie & Panky.....can't help but notice that Heidi played a crucial role in unblocking the fuel line:I.........still, as Panky says 'it's a mans world'
it's like a man can NEVER find a lost item, be it a document or a tee shirt...one can g/tee the woman will find it in an instant! ......
Also, very strange that Mr P is wasting a whole bottle of £1.99 fizzcahol[:0][:0]
I spent yesterday afternoon tiding the wiring, fitting the carpets back in, put the air filter on, even got the screen wash bottle mounted in the engine bay.
Then Heidi & I went for a run we did about 12 miles Mr J ran really well but above 40 mph they was some vibration I am thinking from the prop shaft.
So I am going to take it off and take it to the prop shaft man and get it extended and balanced which should you solve the problem

Have you tried moving it round on the diff? that sometimes cures vibrations. Sometimes it makes them worse too.
Excellent work btw. It just needs a coat of primer and some torque thrust D's, like this
