I finally put a video together of the battery box build.

Well I finally managed to find the correct fibreglass insulation. Time to start getting it on. I made templates before I skinned it. Still fiddly though

This is woven fibreglass sheet with aluminium foil stitched to it.

That took some doing. The aluminium foil joining tape is a right bugger to use though

Insulated inside and out. Tested using my space heater..

I’m curious about the advantages of this type of insulation vs just the foil.
