most of yesterday was spent scraping, scrubbing and wirebrushing 35 years of muck, crud, grease and concrete (! :s) out ready for some paint.

so the next teeny job is to relocate the brake fluid reservoir. Its going where the clutch one was or where the gearstick was...

Transport has been arranged so I have a week to get her ready and up the drive ready for loading.. Will be interesting as she is now taller and might not get back through the doors! And the drive is quite steep... Lots of pushing or pulling required

Be even worse when you have to let the tyres down to get it through the door:eek: Good luck:)

engine bay has now got a fresh coat of white paint. Needs another top coat then touching up after the engine goes in. I temporarily fitted the brake fluid reservoir to where the clutch one was. Unfortunately the reservoir is too tall so I need to source a flatter one with the outlet on the side.

second coat tonight. Hoping to get the rear seat frames out too. I would like to move the brake light switch unit but that might have to wait until the servo is fitted.

second coat done. Rear seats out. Decided to reroute the wiring and brakepipes under the arches to tidy up the engine bay.
