yup. did that then spun it over and squirted myself in the face with antifreeze from cylinder 4!! got it running and watched the little bubbles in the rad,
I sorted my garage into 4 piles of stuff.

That is true but I haven't got time to sort it before tomorrow so the Teardrop will be coming out to play instead.

the depressing feeling when you empty all your gear out of a broken van followed by the happy feeling loading it all back into the teardrop.
Gaskets are on order from Martin. Don`t fancy being towed the few miles to the get together in September so it will be fixed.

The NEC classic car show are looking for a vehicle from film or TV that is in need of restoration work. The work will be done at the show by Mike Brewer and Edd China. Applications are via email...

Just taken the Cylinder head off.. That was a tight fit. I had to jack the gearbox tail up so the head would clear the firewall.

I got a full head set from Martin which also comes with stem seals etc.. looks like I`m changing them too.

Quick update.. the head, rockers, valves, springs, cam followers and cover etc etc are labled up and are still soaking in the kero bath at work, the petrol didn`t work
