Thanks. The teardrop is a Godsend. Cooking facilities in the rear and a double bed inside.
By the way.... She was wearing trousers although that pic blends them in.... I kinda like it ;-)

Lots of very sharp sprung metal teeth that dig into the rim in the same place a plastic wheel trim does.

SU manifolds have arrived!
Just have the small matter of building the house extension before I can get my van back home to fit them.

Lost my van storage space... My mum just sold her house... May have a problem.. Hope the brickies finish soon so I can get it home.

Quick update.. The house brickwork is done and the roof is well underway. Just as well as the van is now full of "stuff" i had stored in my Mum`s garages. It`s still on her drive but has nowhere to go until the scaffolding comes down.
I did have it running on sunday though. Sounding sweet but crying out for the SU fitting.

It should be OK.. I hope. The roof was finished off yesterday, the scaffolding should hopefully be coming down today. Give it a week and I should have the van home. Just intime to sort the dizzy and the carb before a camping trip to Beamish mid April. :D

Well thanks to Martin I have a new gasket for the manifolds. Tim came up trumps with an abutment plate.
I now have an increasingly large pile of bits to fit to the van

Finally fitted the whitewalls and Baby Moon hub caps... Looking awesome.
Cant get pics onto here atm but I'm sure sonebody could bring them over from Faceache pleeeaaassee ;-)

When you attach one pic tab down a couple of times then do the attachment thing again, works for me:)

I`m chuffed to bits with how it`s turned out. got manifolds etc to fit next.

First show of the year. Great turn out. Loads of vehicles turned up. Caught "The Stig" in my driving seat! Couldn't get him out!
On the downside the van decided to drop most of its oil on th floor whilst driving out when everyone was watching! Managed a bodge and had just enough oil to top up to minimum.
