exactly, im wondering if we could cut them off carefully, then weld in the inner sills and stitch them back in place temporarily. as that way i can keep the flutes until i can get fibreglass flutes all round. i think i have settled on fibreglass as it wont rot, but still not certain lol

If there's a requirement for 'original like' jacking points then someone had better tell our friendly MoT tester,'cos he's let it go for the last 6 years!
Ours arrived with one remaining which is now on the garage shelf not quite fully turned to dust
yeah, looks the nuts m8, i thinjk fibreglass may be the way forward for me, looks as good and anything that will save a bit of wieght must be a good thing lol. air filter will be trial fitted tomorrow and looking at the exhaust if its dry lol

"You,re only supposed to blow the bloody SLIDING doors off"
tim, that would be great m8, what do you want for them[?] and where are you[?] martin, how much are those rear corners m8 as i will probably be needing them lol i was going to go for a complete system but i think my exhaust is bigger than standard so if so it will be the system that is on it (has a long thin silencer)with the little cherry bomb on the end. hopefully that wont be to loud. bodged it on the other day for a min and sounded sweet lol nice and deep, but no to loud [8D]

yh i been studying it m8. will be in touch soon for floor sections, and alls sorts of little bits i need (cash a bit short at min [V] lol), looks like i got a bit of floor and a wheel arch sorted if all goes well with tim[^]. i dont think it is RC40 mark, looks like a home made setup. but it sounds nice enough, it has a small hole in the silencer i need to repair[B)]. i was going to just patch dolly's bodywork up inside for now then re-do it all once she was on the road, but then i thought about it and decided im better off just doing it properly from the word go, otherwise i will just have to pull it all apart again to sort it properly [:0] lol

yh, means it will be a bit longer before she will be on the road but it will be worth the wait i think. and i figure if you have the right size and shaped panels it will probably save loads of time getting the actual welding done[8D]
