Thanks for the comments, including the one about the brush!
Ricardo complained about being made to sound like a cheap mexican Oh well........
Little bit of time finishing the inner cill and fettling to get it to fit better and it is ready to weld in now it has been painted on the inside side for protection.
It has been dressed quite a bit since I took the photos and the top lip has been cut to the correct size (Too large in the photos)
Weld it in tomorrow morning, paint and treat it all and then make the outer cill and sort the hole in the floor [8D]

Been feeling rough for a week so haven't really got going in the mornings and only managed to do anything to the van this morning, so began making the outer cill:
Little bit of fettling still to do and weld the ends pieces on and then I can weld it in place.

Hardly touched the van for a couple of weeks, work has been too busy.
Got the outer cill clamped in place, still needs fettling and I have also got to create the lip at the top that runs past the floor and all around the van for the door seal (Hence the front piece still being left long).
Also took delivery of some fantastic Coventry Commer Panels, Thanks Woolfy! again, the photos taken by my camera do not do them justice
Off to work outside of London for a few days so can't touch the van till the middle of the week

Well work went absolutely crazy for a month or so [|)] 7 day weeks blah blah.
Anyway, been back on the van again hoping that it will see tarmac by spring
Finshed fabricating the Outer Cill and got it all welded in. Managed to also make the tiny lip in the metal where the rubber seal sits:
Finshed Panel welded in place and primed with Aquasteel (Fuzzy Picture)
Floor Panel made to replicate original pattern and in Buck / Form ready to create flange that welds to the Seat box.
And here is a couple of photos of the finished floor repair and also roughly placed in the cab for photographic purposes [)]
So hopefully I will get it welded in tomorrow morning and then make a start on repairing the Cab doors.
