Harvey's mains hook up has always consisted of throwing an extension lead into the van before the roof sides were pushed into place. I thought it was about time to improve things to get rid of the trailing lead.
A double socket on either side with USB charging ports should be sufficient.
I used pattress boxes which made fitting them to the thin cupboard sides easy and resulted in a nice flush installation, a little packing piece was need for the clamps though.

The consumer unit was bought off eBay for £15, I should have know better

After everything was connected up I loaded the socket up with a kettle and a toaster and flicked the test button to cut the power and test the safety cut off, there was a pop and the smell of burning insulation. The RCD had cooked itself, so much for cheap stuff. So I replaced the RCD, and fitted an extra MCB to supply individual sockets, with half decent items that cost twice as much as the original unit complete, the fridge runs off a separate 6 amp one - at least the enclosure seems decent enough.
Don't buy those consumer units, they are dangerous
