Congrats.. I know what you mean about the standard commer sounds...but I don't miss it until my ears are ringing
 
He was starting to get a little miffed with all the attention Bonnie was getting, but after a good greasing and twiddling session he feels much better:)

The first time I filled Bonnie's fuel tank there was a very strong smell of petrol[xx(] I'd hoped it was because I'd spilled a drop but even after a couple of runs out it was still there. So today I whipped it out:)

Doesn't look too bad but there is heavy scaling on top and a crack appeared around the outlet when I was spanner swinging on the connection:I

I was worried what I would find when the tank was out (I didn't want to get the MIG out again:I) but I was very pleasantly surprised - just some surface rust, there was even some shiny metal showing:p

after a quick session with the wire brush

Then a splosh of Aquasteel and a coat of chassis black.

I'll be dropping Tiggers tank soon to fit a new sender, shame it's on top of the tank;)
