    Manifold Leak

Used to have this problem (from where it attached to the block). My issue was the nuts loosening so changed them all to brass and sorted it

Betty the Commer Pizza Truck Project.

Looking around this is probably what you’re after, just hopefully it’d be long enough. I’d assume same fittings as the Commer as likely uses the same or similar parts. Reasonable price too. He probably makes them so if contact Arrow5spares and know the length he’ll probably let you know this...

Really sorry but can’t find them! Possibly 7/16 unf.

Betty the Commer Pizza Truck Project.

I guess any would fit that’s long enough and has the correct fittings. Assuming they’d be a unf thread both ends. Think I have an old slave cylinder and a box of bsf bolts. I’ll try and measure it for you

    Exhaust Sealing Ring

I use these graphite rings and work very well on my custom exhaust - tend to be for exhausts with a tube and lip on the pipe so it slots over the exhaust to the lip before offering it up

Commer EX BT Minibus BREAKING 4 SPARES

Anyone else got quarterlights :) I really want to get the Perspex swapped (just piece sealed in place) and proper windows in but the frames I did buy a few years ago are rotten as and beyond my abilities to save unfortunately. Have new rubbers just not good frames

Commer EX BT Minibus BREAKING 4 SPARES

Ok thanks Luke - are you stripping it or is it a case of come and take the parts off? Just I’m miles away but do travel that way sometimes to see family. Point is it’s could be 4 weeks away and assuming you want the van gone. Ta

Commer EX BT Minibus BREAKING 4 SPARES

Hi Luke - is there a good steering box? Any play in it? Also quarter lights - don’t need rubbers (or glass) just a decent frame bottom really and the ones I have are rotted Ta

    Back of the garage

Love job that Panky! Does it works well? I used to have one but the pipe connector into the servo popped off and got dragged down the road and damaged it. Couldn’t find a replacement so it’s just idle now

    New Starter motor

Ah I do now remember about a bridging wire which made it very straight forwards. Can see the plug on the top photo

    DODGE SUPERVISTA

I went for a nice quiet custom exhaust from Tony Banks in my early 40’s :) Did go loud for a year or two with one of martins but reverted back to piece and quiet. The cabs so insulated now you can have a normal conversation on the motorway!

    DODGE SUPERVISTA

:D insanely quiet - on the driveway at least, I was expecting some loud induction noise but nothing. Hit my 50’s now so that’s all good

    DODGE SUPERVISTA

Always feels like a little struggle for air in higher revs underload , after various configurations I’m putting it down to the small air box. Invested in a Med Engineering hiff44 stub stack kit which gets rave reviews. Fitted like a glove - test run tomorrow!

    New Starter motor

Same - I still come off the old remote solenoid, been a long time since I did it but think it just made it easier to wire.
