Unfortunatly not John been away this weekend. Next project is a decent place to work on her which will mean a new garage for winter comfort.[8D]

Hello everyone

Been ages since ive done anything to Yori due to new garage, new job, and of course new baby!! :D
Anyway im back on track now(hopefully) and with it being such a nice day thought i would make a fresh start as im dying to get her on the road.

Took the panel out behind the seats and have loads of room to look at my engine.

which needs welding as you can see. Has anyone repaired this area with the proper panel? I know its not seen but i do like to think its done as original - could be being over picky though, as long as its new metal does it matter?

Hopefully will be reporting with more progress soon :)

Hello John, yeah you did tell me.I was aware of that area just got a better look at it now with the panel out. Was not sure if Wolfy does that area if not i shall make good. Will keep you updated:)

Did some cutting chopping and window removal on Sunday. Think it will be the tent for this year ive made my mind up its full resto time! ;)

Given that both of you found this under the vinyl, could it have come from the Commer factory, as the vinyl is a Commer fitting unlike the wooden fascia which was fitted by Autosleeper.
