Picked up said gearbox and things turn and shift so thats promising. Just some thoughts on gear raitios after reading the 6 speeder thread.

It has been a couple of years since Jennings was on the road but I do remeber 1st being a bit of a crawler gear. Is it the bell housing that differs due to the slant on the Hillman engine[?] I`m just wandering if I could use the hunters "close ratio[8D]" gearbox and o/d with a bit of spannering of bell housings/shafts etc[?]
