So a starter for 10, which way does the water flow on the 1725 standard engine? I'm currently plumbing back in my heater using an array of copper piping and new heater hose. The only problem is I can't be definite which way round to put the pipes. I have one coming of the water pump and one out of the head/inlet area. I started jimmy up with neither hose on and water came out of the inlet connector so I've assumed that's the feed and the pump area is the return. The heater works great but drops it's heat on tick over (this is the case with the pipes the other way round also). I would love to know how everybody else's is plumbed in and how good it is.
