Trouble is, nearly 2 grand for dipping and coating, isn't peanuts [xx(]

On a happier note Martin, I've dug out that heater kit. It's still in it's original Smiths box and seems to have all the clips, connectors/wiring, fasteners, washers, airpipes, matrix/motor airbox, the whole lot as far as I can tell.
The only bad news is the mice have had a go at the instruction booklet but all the torn up bits are in there if you want a go at sticking it back together. Also I' assuming you've already got the brass tap which fixes to the cylinder head for the outflow feed?
I think I paid £50 for it, does that sound about right?

Martin, great work but if I might venture to offer a word of constructive criticism, I'd say those wheels could do with a quick wire brushing and a slap of Hammerite prior to entry into the concours d'elegance. Is it due to the removed damaged sills that it appears up quite high at the back? Or is that normal?
I have had all the springs uprated, due to the amount of gear to go in it
brings a tear to the eye - wonderful to see the home straight being reached [^]

Hi Martin, detector van is taking great shape and looking good,obviously a great deal of work to do but if you can find time could you measure the windscreen opening and the circumference of the screen so i can pass them on the to the rubber extrusion guy for pricing etc.
