Underside looking good[8D], just read your comment about turning the van on its side for a day. I was just thinking the same today when laying under the van covered in rust and muck where ive been for the last 3 days! I did use one of those roll frames once when restoring an Austin A30 (pure luxury) think the Commer might be a bit hard to roll though!
You really need to put something on top of the Hammerite Colin, It,s very easily chipped and will get gritblasted off under there. Waxoyl goes over it well and does a good job of protecting it
"You,re only supposed to blow the bloody SLIDING doors off"

Claire, you think a Commer would be hard to roll? hahahahaha you wait til you drive round a roundabout at anything over 5mph[}]
I was just going to ask about that. maybe they were going to put the gas bottle or leisure battery there? It looks like the section that would be under the seat (not sure of Tiggers layout)
Another good thing is to spray it all with old oil and grease because, of course when a chipping hits it it just reseals itself, plus it stops lots of little niggly squeaks.

Well...alright then, maybe just a little...
that doesn't seem logical with Tigger...one section is below the wardrobe and another below the fridge lol...
Got the box in today...just need to add oil, lengthen the power feed to the solonoid, then refit the exhaust and starter...waiting on delivery of an exhaust ring and 2x gear selector ball joints
Thanks john......I still need to paint the inside of the wheel arches yet, but a bit tricky with it up the ramps ...I still have paint in places i didn't know I had places lol
