rats nest

Result[8D] You must has spent months researching and measuring to find the optimum set up. All those hours crawling underneath park cars and finding the bewildered owners standing there when you came out blinking in the light - or did you just happen upon it in a mates yard;)

fleabay :D:D:D:D

tbh, ive done alot of reading up on a site
called ruffrodders, there's alot of air bagging
being done on the big yanks,so you get a good
amount of info on whats good to use and whats
not etc.

just got to put it into practice now [:0] :)

my age isn't a problem, its the milage !

well got totaly let down with the axle, i emailed him
to see how wide it was as the max width i need is 55",
he thought i meant 155cm !!! piggin too wide ! :(

so back to square one for the mo, so i decided to mock up
the engine as box to get an idea where its best to go.

got too trim a bit more off the side for clearence of the
exhaust manifolds.

in its present position, the only problem ive got is the
alternator position, everything else seems about right, so
next on the list is to make up the mountings for the engine
and box.

oh, and the gap between flanges for the prop is 10.5"
hope thats enough ? [:0]

Also I said it in a previous V8 thread (who thought I would be saying that 3 years on?!)

funny you should say that, when i got back from
not [?] collecting that axle, i was looking at the
chassis figuring how high to do the kick up over the
axle and thought about going irs. at least i could
make the kick up high enough so that the jag axle
will sit the bus to what ever height i want. :D

is yours a standard model or narrowed ? if it is
standard, do you know which model its from ?

cheers.:)
