yes It is legal make sure you count rear seats when insurance ask though,will also effect recovery if you have only stated 2seats etc

Congrats. to the expectant parents/granparents,i`m to young to be a (step)grandad as well,but have been for last 12 years.
.Congratulations Stanley loves our van so I am sure the little one will love it. Ours isn't a coachbuilt so can't help a lot but this is a link to when we had this problem.

We had to get the strap lengethed for the passenger seat and fitted a lap belt for the bench seat in the middle. If we have any more we will have to think again.
Legal in the back wiht no belt as far as I know for anyone over three years old provided the van is a certain age. I think I looked it all up on the DVLA website (or jsut googled it).
I am just training Stanley to get in all the hard to reach bits of the van for me
