the lines aren’t straight ‍ But it’s a hell of a lot stronger than expanding foam, just needs a fettle and a tappity tsp tap

I tacked a piece of box section onto the panel and used it as a guide...worked a treat

And stopped a lot of warping too

just got to work a way of getting the stubborn hinge screws out

An impact wrench usually does the trick but I had to tack a blob of weld on Bonnie's hinges and use mole grips. They cleaned up afterwards and I re used them.
