Thought I'd start a thread on Marley and after a good look round the van the only real issue was the peak so I cut it off and welded a new one on.Regards Chris
No need to weld underneath. Fit the inner peak 1st, by spot or plug welding to the upper screen surround. Then spot weld the gutter to the inner peak. Finally spot the edge of the outer roof repair to the gutter and weld the top edge to the roof

Hi all does anyone have a towbar for sale? or would it be easier for me to make one?I need to able to tow a teardrop trailer that weighs around 550KG. Will the engine be able to tow this kind of weight? Regards Chris.
