I sorted my garage into 4 piles of stuff.
1. Stuff I`m keeping
2. Stuff I`m not getting rid of.
3. Stuff I might use..one day.
4. Stuff that might come in handy.
 
We made it up to Sunderland without a hitch other than an intermittant misfire for the last 20 miles or so.... Something else to sort.
Top point of this post.... Apart from edging trims and paint my van now has a full custom made camper interior! Pics to follow

On route home via AA again. Misfire got worse... Ignition coil packed up. Bugger.
Musta been a naughty boy in a former life.

Possibly. The mrs has no faith in the van atm. 3 weeks to summer hols.... Van staying at home. [V]

That's the best bit...... It needs trims etc but its ace. Modern retro 1950's

When I bought my van there were two coils fitted. Both behind the driver s seat. Apparently the old owners used to swap between the two when one got too hot. When I upgraded the sparky bits I got rid of all the two coil malarky and have had no such issues. Must get a spare coil though for france.

I told him what you guys said. He happy.
Not as happy as me though. It needs paint and trims etc but I love it.
Just gotta get the van running again otherwise its a caravan with £225 road tax!
