I love mini's. my mum had a lovely metallic pea green automatic 1, which i had the pleasure of driving for a few months. so much fun :)

Just taken the bulkhead and wooden floor out.
Looks like I need to dig my welder out. A few of the previous repairs are rotten. Found some new ones too!
A days work hopefully. Can prob patch from inside using flat plate. If not it loiks like taking my grinder and generator up to see Martin.

Yeah. Welding while its raining, painting bedrooms when it's sunny????
Still. Paint takes a while to dry though ;-)

The local travelling community have noticed the van and have been knocking on the door whilst noseying around it. They offered to "dispose of it" "buy it" etc etc.
looks like it needs hiding next week as we are away camping.

It may be worth your while letting your local constabulary know that you have had unwanted interest and that you are going to be away. Axle stands and no wheels may also be an option! ;)

disconnect your battery and electrify it with a mains lead ;) may burn the van down but at least there will also be some crispy pikies LOL
