Yep that`s one of the entrances, mainly "goods in" as opposed to foot fall, there was another main entrance on Luton Road where Dunelm`s is now and another couple further along from where this pic has been taken, it was a vast site!

Bloody Commer`s!

Thanks to a great bit of organisation and a fabulous evening! The visit to bletchley was great and driving in my first commervoy was fun even though Rupert found it hard to keep up with the 1725s! [}:)]

Ruperts revenge is underway!

Yep, good to see some old faces and a few new ones too! The cold didn't so much spoil anything, it just added another dimension to the event!
For next year hopefully we can order some weather like last year at Woolfy's!

Nice pic's and vid's, people. wish we could of made it but sadly events over took us this w/end, although there's nothing sad about being with my new grandaughter:D:D[^][^]. next time eh!
glad you all had a good time!;);)
back to my "rootes"

Evnin' all:) We got back around quarter to six and the first thing we did was to crank up the heating:I I've never been as cold as I was on Friday night - ever, but frostbite aside we had a brilliant time[8D] Unfortunately the pictures don't show anyone's Halloween outfits, Bernie and Heidi as Frankenstein and wife, Baz in his Ebay 'Scream' rig out, Colin as a little red devil Barb all decked out as a Witch and me as Baz's better looking brother - yep we had the same idea but I wore my actual dressing gown:I
Heidi had the brilliant idea of frightening the locals so we went prowling for victims, first was a couple sat huddled outside their tent who accepted the lollipop treats we had with great humour. Second on the list where a couple of young guys in the 'Glamping' tent who were obviously terrified but did their best to maintain a cool and calm demeanour as they peared from behind the tent flap. We spotted a car coming up the drive and confronted the occupants with our terrifying presence, unfortunately there were a couple of young kids in the back seats who appeared a little anxious so I took my mask off to show then that it wasn't really a horrible monster - that's when the screaming really began:I We walked slowly along a short row of holiday cottages but the word was out, curtains closed and doors locked as we approached - and when we headed back to the camping field I saw a bunch of kids being hastily rounded up and bundled back into their caravan as we emerged from the gloom. Oh well I guess we did a pretty good job of scaring the peasants[}:)]
Fantastic weekend with some very interesting and enjoyable excursions - Bletchly Park in particular is a fascinating place, so interesting in fact that Mike (Hazels Dad) had to be escorted of the premises at closing time;)
Thanks for organising it Andy you did a grand job, and my own special thanks to Colin who topped my up with Drambuie throughout the evening, I think that was the difference in me freezing to death rather than just becoming hypothermic. Erm - sorry again about the gloves Colin[8)]

How refreshing

Where do I start [?]

Thanks Andy for another great weekend, it was lovely to meet up with the usual crowed again and welcome to Mike, Sarah and Rupert

The weather will not beat us ever. Lots of layers include men’s thermals (not a good fit) fires, heaters and of course a little alcohol, heater hot red wine being a new invention. No complaints from Helen.

Mrs P (Barb) thanks for the Buns..... Yummy... yummy... yummy...

Fancy dress and scaring the rest of the campers was naughty but nice ;)

Karen and Martin you left your lollies behind, Barb Helen and I have shared them out

Now then Baz.....about the photos...... Why were you taking a photo of my Backside [?] I'm sure there were better sights to see than that :)

Chris what a shame you didn't get to visit us, it's been ages since we saw you.

Trevor congratulations on becoming a Granddad we forgive you for not coming.

Hazel your Dad was on his best behaviour, he even supplied us with eggs for breakfast..... Thanks Mike

Bernie is loading Photos it's just taking ages

Gladys :)
