As the meet now has enough participants to make worthwhile, I have gone through the old thread and come up with the following list of attendees:

There are a limited number of hook ups (cannot remember how many), and I WILL go over to the campsite today and look into the situation so that I can firm things up with the owner of the site.
On Saturday afternoon, I will organise a small run over to the site of the Commer factory, where all our vans were brought into the world (see film of dumpstable http://www.eafa.org.uk/catalogue/205999). As it's not far away, we can leave after lunch, and I will add on some scenic stuff on the way back.
For those with kids, who want to do a non-commer related thing, very close by is Whipsnade Zoo. While it is quite pricey, tickets can be purchased using tesco clubcard points.

Also there is an open farm nearby http://www.meadopenfarm.co.uk/, as well as the Tring branch of the Natural History Museum (free entry) which contains a huge collection of stuffed animals. http://www.nhm.ac.uk/tring/index.html
There is also a large climbing frame and swing area in the campsite to keep the kiddies amused.
We will organise a BBQ for the saturday night. As I live close by, I will bung my large gas BBQ in my van and bring it round to the site. We can also rent a Firepit, and I will sort out a supply of things to burn.
Anyone else who wants to come along, please let me know and I will add you to the list.
I just noticed that the tarrifs have changed slightly on their website.
Caravans, Motor Homes & Trailer Tents are welcome all year round:
Single night £20 per night
Two nights £17.50 per night
Three+ nights £15 per night
Tariffs are based on 2 adults, each extra person over 5 is £5 per night.
Hook Ups are £2.50 per night.
