After threatening for sometime, I am now going to try and organize a meet in Essex near the Suffolk border.
I am looking to use the rally field at The Homestead Lake Park, [email protected] , which is very popular with many clubs in East Anglia, as it is reasonably priced and has very good facilities
Unfortunately all of the Bank holiday weekends are spoken for, so I have got a few other dates which might appeal but they are during school terms.
The dates I have are the weekends of ; APRIL 14 -15th
MAY 12-13th
JUNE 2-3rd
JUNE 9-10th
JUNE 16-17th
JUNE 30th-JULY 1st
So if you fancy a trip to sunny Essex, please let me know as soon as you can so I can get an idea of numbers and when the most popular weekend is. I will make a provisional booking for up to 12 vans give or take, so WHEN is more important to start with.

Moffat is 23rd and 24th June so earlier in the month would be great for us, preferably either of first two June dates.

All those dates are good for us at the moment. Later on is probably more convenient than April/May.

Sounds good, will be there as Essex is a jaunt. Can't do weekend of 3rd June, apart from that all dates good, the earlier the better

OK, so I have provisionally booked the 8th- 11th June. I am hoping this will suit most of you as I know it is sometimes difficult this early in the year to plan things.
I am hoping that a few more can make it, but I don't need precise numbers until May time so there is no rush.

I have received your email wishing to book a rally on our Rally Field for

Commervanfan Classic Campervan Forum for 8th June -11th June 2018

Site fees are £8.00 per unit, per night with an additional charge of £2.50

for electric per unit, per night (only 4 sockets).

Also on arrival a £5.00 returnable cash deposit for a barrier card will be required

at reception.

I can confirm this has now been booked in our diary and we look forward to

welcoming you to our site later in the year, if you have any idea of number of

units nearer the time that would also be appreciated.
