No doubt someone else has had a similar problem to this so HELP
The pedal feels fine, there are no leaks, the slave cylinder is mounted on the rear of the flange, and still there doesnt seem to be enough travel. The bite point is only a few mm off the floor and this makes it almost impossible to get into gear. I dont think there is air in there as i spent most of the morning bleeding it. Ideas anyone?
I tried to space the slave cylinder a bit further back but then realised that only makes the piston act on a different part of the bore so has no effect on the amount of throw.
Only other thing i can think of is to alter the pedal ratio by moving the clevis pin.
