Exhausts

After trying for over 2 years to get someone to make exhausts without taking the van in, I gave up and invested in a programable mandrel tube bender :p

Spent the whole of today working out how to use it and after a few attemps, finally got it right :)

Just the tail pipe and silencer to do and I'll have complete exhausts, standard mild steel, standard stainless and performance stainless :p
Next on the list will be 4 branch exhaust manifolds :)

Hmmm.........next time I see you I might have to bring along an Imp 4 branch Sport fannymold and see if you can knock one up.

If I told you I was a pathological liar, would you believe me?

Both could be interesting, especially the imp one, probably more call for those.

Prices for stainless Imp ones tend to be very high. If you talk about combined twin 40 inlet and exhaust fannymolds the prices are mad.

Put it this way. A combined twin 40 inlet/exhaust fannymold from Maniflow for an Imp will cost the same as I paid for my BMW318is Coupe.

Be nice to get a decent 4 branch on a Commer, but it will mean a different inlet manifold :)

This is awesome; great way to tackle the problem head on!

Will you be putting prices of your exhausts on your website? I'm sure a performance exhaust will go down well when I'm eventually back on the road. Speaking of which, does that system use the RC40 back box?

I don't quite understand all the techy bits on the thread, but I do know I have 4 inlets, one of which is blowing and I have holes (spot welded up at present) in my pipes, so full prices please, dad.... Xmas?
