Good job[8D]
They have to stick them on the machine as it's part of the test, my MOT man tells me if the emissions are out and just advises what to do:)

Turning the tickover right down so it only just keeps running, usually sorts the Hc. If you are having problems with the balance, swap the shoes over left to right etc ;)

Exciting times...at last picking up the Super Vista on Sunday to bring it home, well to my dads workshop for a complete interior fit out as couldn't find an Autosleeper one for sale, and a few minor mods (elec ignition, servo, new headlights and a heater).

I'll be posting some picks up of the work over the next few weeks, has to be done by April for a holiday so pressure is on!

Summer's Coming

Ha ha....did I make it or not?

Yes course I did, no problems, sorry for not letting ya know Rich but phone was dead till I got home.

Just need to adjust the fan belt and throttle cable and thats it I reckon but drove much better that I expected, wavey speedo but think probably about 55 all the way back. Temp perfect.

Proper happy with the van and can't wait to get stuck into the interior this weekend and do the few mechanical mods. Defo going to be getting an overdrive sorted when I can find one. I'll post a few pics up of the build if people want to see it, going to a little different I think!

Thanks for all the help here and of course Rich and Steve for the great work.

Jim
