Clara

Our Clara at Commerfest 2015. Obviously the best Commer on the planet because she's ours. We've had her a couple of years now and this was our first real holiday in her. A few little niggles to sort out but she's roadworthy and fun, and that's what counts.Clara.jpg

Like the Wanderer, about the only non coachbuilt I can stand up in.
Yep, I'm 6'5" and I can almost stand up in her. Just have to bend my neck. Fortunately I have a housekeeper to do all the cooking and cleaning while I relax in the beer garden - oops, I mean awning. When madam reads this it'll probably be another 5 years before I can attend the next Commer fest :D

Oi you......ya cheeky sod.......I cook coz I want to and you clean coz I tell ya to!!!!! :) x
This is the sort of abuse you get when you agree to adopt a Lancashire lass. I've had to put a stop to her cleaning because she kept wandering off to the nearest river with a wash-board. Just after she moved in I heard her rummaging around in the garden at 2 in the morning looking for the loo. You should have seen her little face when I explained it was indoors. :p

Spider ladder Jackson? Need I say any more?

Clara's first holiday of the year starts this weekend. Preparations for "operation kilt" the invasion of Scotland progressing nicely. Got two weeks off... leave Newbury, get to Scotland in time for a cup of tea, head for home. Hmmm, Maybe I should have booked three weeks off instead.

If at any point you are in Scotland you must come and see the Falkirk wheel and the kelpies. I live 2 minutes from the kelpies and would love to see any commers .
