well I asked for prices for the parts listed on Panky's website the exhausts unlimited came up with high prices, so I did some websearch and found this website http://www.jetex.co.uk/website/custom_parts.php?mat=Aluminised+or+mild&dia=1.75+inch&qty_U014500R=&qty_U014550R=&qty_U024530R=&qty_U024545R=&qty_U024560R=&qty_U024590R=&qty_U034590R=&qty_U035700=&qty_U044500R=&qty_U054550R=&qty_U064500R=&qty_U074500R=&qty_U334500R=&qty_U404500R=&qty_U414500R=&qty_U690100R=&qty_U690200=&qty_U724565=&qty_U812308=&qty_U826250=&qty_U826252=&qty_U826253=&qty_U826254=&qty_U826255=&qty_U826256=&qty_U826257=&qty_U831503=&qty_U836025=&qty_U839045=&qty_U847025=&qty_UBK048R=&qty_UFILOK45MM=&qty_UM112015=&qty_UM112015R=

Hi Paul, best just to go to local supplier - they let me have a mooch around the warehouse, but if you give them the part numbers they should be able to sort you out. The ones I got cost about £40 total for the two.

thanks Panky I will....

Also my clutch, the plate that holds the lever arm in the gearbox had come adrift, there was only one bolt holding it, so we can only assume that who ever was in there last time only fitted one bolt not the two it requires. Anyways easily and cheaply sorted.:)

Sorry folks, had the week from hell at work and been covering 'out of hours' too - knackered !

Hence I've not been able to upload pics of our exhaust yet and we're now away for the weekend in Suffolk in the Commer [8D]

Hope to post pics on Sunday evening if back in time

Nice looking site you've found there Lancelot, the only they don't seem to have is a reducer to build up from the 34mm standard Commer exhaust.

Our exhaust parts actually came from EU and their counter service for the 2 main boxes was around £17 and £26 but I noticed on the invoice that their list price is much higher. Maybe this is what they've quoted you.

Apart for the custom reducer I had made for under a £10, I can confirm that my install required no welding, used existing hanging points and fits alongside a watertank too (defunct but likely to be replaced with an LPG tank)
