Buyers Guide to Commer PBs

Hi Chamois, yes that probably was mine, it was the only other totally standard one there. There were a couple others but they were modified, alloy wheels, small steering wheels etc.
We were in the far corner of the field from friday morning after spending the night in the marquee due due to arriving late thursday night when the heavens opened up,but had a great weekend none the less.

Don't buy one round your local, after a few pints and without even seeing her or knowing what a "Commer" looks like!!!
Because when you do see her for the the first time you will realise that 'love at first sight' is real!!!
And then you will relaise that she is rotten in all the usual places and will cost you a fortune!!!
But then how can you put a price on love....

Where ever you go....
There you are!

Thanks guy's. Read every post. Took it all in and went and bought one anyway. Sight unseen. Best move ever. Love at first sight is real. Gives me a smile every single day when I walk past her to go to work to pay for her.

Have you got any pics.. post in readers rides so we can all have a peak.
There is something special about them :D

regards to fuel tank gunk,i agree alloy fuel tank is probably the best way to go-i'll be having mine made by obp(optimum balance products) -good quick turnaround, they are a motorsport manufacturer who do outside work as well.

Talk to Tim (commeracer, he makes them for a VERY sensible price and they are bigger than standard too:D[8D]
