Thanks guys. We've both been bad for a couple of weeks and I can honestly say I've never felt so ill during the first week of it[xx(] Couldn't breath, didn't want to eat, totally washed out - I'm still having withdrawal symptoms after coming off the Beechams Hot Lemon

Dolly Commer Is Here http://66.129.69.181/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=6833
Finally picked up the seats I got off Commerchris at Commerfest (only two and a half years ago:I) from storage in Macker1's garage[8)] After a good scrubbing with Autoglym caravan cleaner (smells just like 'Panky's Amerzin Vikleen' for those who remember ) I think they are ready to be installed in Bonnie[8D]
Remarkably it's stayed dry for the last couple of days so I've cracked on with the valance.
Drivers side cleaned up and Aquasteeled, found one small hole so I drilled it out and called it a drain
All tacked up and in place
Seam welded and dressed up ready for final finishing off. Also did a couple of little repairs on Bonnie's 'mouth'
Just need to drill the holes for the starting handle and passenger side bumper bracket
Panky it seems you are getting rather good at this restoration lark...
I just need a good rootes...
Thanks guys[8)]
It helps when you don't have to go too far to find good metal to weld to and the fact that the replacement panels fitted perfectly without any trimming or modification - thanks Mr M
Bonnie's chin job is done Plenty of dressing up and a tiny bit of filler here and there, and a batch of Rattan Beige mixed for the final coat[8D] Should have gone to Homebase like Topgear to get the paint matched
Not a spot or scab in sight[^]
Just a couple of little dents I managed to make with the welding clamps[8)]
I've also de-pinstriped the bumper, it's waiting for a coat of paint before re-fitting
