We had planned a trip out today after the pleasant weather yesterday but howling gales, heavy rain and what seemed like sub-zero temperatures made us think twice[xx(] We did get out for a quick run of about 30 miles to a antique and craft type place - just to bed the brakes in. Was I glad the heater works, it's noisier than the engine but it certainly knocks the heat out[^]
It's a new cable and it was working fine before I changed the shoes, hopefully a bit more bedding in and it will be OK.
The drive was great Harvey runs really well and I'm getting used to double de clutching for 3rd and 4th. He runs noticable cooler as well even accounting for the cold weather, the lekky fan didn't cut in once while we were out and he doesn't have a mechanical fan[^]
cool, i dolly is running a bit lumpy at the min, not sure if she just needs a good service or is really low on fuel. but since im taking care of both it dont matter lol. just hope its not snakeskin lol havent dared to run her up to temp yet lol

yh, apart from being a bit lumpy she sounds lovely, no tapping, knocking ect got the entire back end stripped out today, she is looking a bit barron lol. but my garage is cram packed with dolly bits lol.

yh may just want a good run lol, i wish my garage was that tidy john lol, it looked like it was gonna chuck down so i just got it all in there and i gotta sort it out when its better weather lol
