I had a very similar problem with iceman. No amount of pumping however energetic would get it to work. After much stuffing about realised the bleed nipple on the slave cylinder was at the bottom. This caused a bubble of air to be trapped at the top of the cylinder which even though the piston was moving still caused the clutch to not work. Have you checked your nipples are on the right way up?

Well...alright then, maybe just a little...

Might be worth checking you put the seals in the right way round;)
Also make sure the bleed nipple is at the top of the slave cylinder!quote:

Pumped up the tyre pressure so the Eeezibleed had a bit more umph and got a bit more travel on the slave, but still no good[V] So tried beachboys suggestion with the stuck clutch - warmed the engine right up, switched off, put in gear with clutch down, pressed the sarter. Harvey went bounding forward out of the garage and I slammed on. I forgot the cool box, deck chairs and fold up table were perched on the worktops and everything came crashing down[:0]. I did it again but was running out of room so tried reverse, then forward again - we have a clutch[8D] Took him out for a spin, boy it felt good, but definately rattly top-end and hesitant when accelerating - then he picks up but he's oil and water tight, just a bit of fine tuning to do:)

Well done.
It`s amazing how quickly a clutch can stick to the flywheel especially a new one which has no glazing or wear and tear.
Bedford CF`s are notorious for it as they often have a large inspection grommet missing from the bellhousing which allows the damp in.
