We'd love to come, but it will be difficult this year. Ebba says she's sorry that we can't make it, but hope we can do it some other year (next year, maybe?). Vera's brand new little brother is due in 18 days, so we don't have any plans for extensive travelling this summer. Hope you all have a good meet in August. We'll be there in spirit, if nothing else

Now then lets have a bit of right about it, what's wrong with calling him Leslie which actually comes from the Scottish clan Leslie. One of my rellies a McArthur married a Leslie and the name has come down through the ages so there's a lot of history to the name and before anyone says anything I don't mean that I am part of the history

Nothing wrong with a Scottish clan name, methinks My suggestion was Monty (even last time, when the baby turned out to be a girl..although we didn't know what it would be then, which we do this time round), but my partner Ebba (being Swedish) said a blank "NO!" It made her thinking about "The Flying Circus", and she's not having a son bearing that name, she said. I've been trying to convince her that Monty really is a nice name, but the reply is "Out of the question". Oh well. I tried
