August meet

Today they have cancelled the rest of the Great Yorkshire Show, whats the chance of this meet being cancelled or if not what about Mr M stood at the gate selling wellies.
 
Hi All Maud is finally up and running great. last year I was having all sorts of grief with the thermo housing then the rains came and I spit my dummy out and downed tools. Mid June I stripped the head off and sorted the cooling probs then proceeded in between trips to Martins for parts to rebuild the brake system inc master cylinder. Now with Mot and taxed she is running best she has for 10 years (and stopping) just a bit of a blow on the exhaust to sort and then my lad and I can look forward to finally meeting the Commer crew at Martins place. Should be fun I'm gonna make my son drive there and then watch him set up. (I did'nt even get help washing her).

How are you fixed for space? The weekend in question is the start of our two week Commer holiday, we are planning on going south west, but could pop up north east for a jolly!

Only a week to go and then I'm going to meet up with some well known names and be able to put a face to the names. Also rekindle a love affair with Lulu. Let's just hope for some decent weather.I'll probably call in at the motor bike cafe for something to fill up with first. I would have put some of those little faces on but I haven't the faintest idea how to do it.

Bad news:(, impossible to come to join you the next week-end, I fell of the lader and i broke myself the wrist, 2 months of sick work stoppage and driving:(

Sorry to hear that supercommer hope you get well soon! I will be there in one of my Capri's[}:)] but "Fred" the BT van is there for everyone to see and he is almost ready to go thanks to Mr M;)
