Unfortunately we are not going to be able to bring our van to this now as it's no where near getting an MOT.

Could we cancel our pitch for the weekend please?

We will come along for a while on the Saturday though to meet everyone if that's OK in a boring car!

Hey guys

I need a show of hands for the big pit on the Sunday morning excursion. As we don't really have an idea on actual numbers per camper, could you indicate if you intend to come along to the coal mine museum, and how many are in your party. It is child friendly, by the way.

We'll be up for the runs but not sure about going down t' pit. Not claustrophobic but would prefer to soak up the sun and see the countryside. We'll sit up top and sup tea:)

we will be joining you on both runs but do not intend going down t' pit
we will act as security guards with tothers up top

Sounds like nobody's going down pit! In that case think we might just leave sunday as a free day and point people in the direction of the pit if they want to visit. We can always organise a short run on Sunday morning, as is usually done at the Imp version of the event.....
