Take us off the list Baz, we won't be there i'm afraid. Bex is doing her Charity London walk the week after and needs the weekend to train. Plus......Sadly, PIA won't be ready for this one now due to a few twists and turns. On with the next one HAHA!
Those are just those who have said they're coming, hopefully a few more will be able to come last-minute.com! There's still a few hook-ups left and there's plenty of room.
Peggy can do 78mph!
If I told you I was a pathological liar, would you believe me?
Feel a bit like Woolfy did when he kept on coming along with no camper. I REALLY wanted PIA to be ready in time for this and she's not which i'm hugely effed off about. I'd come in the car again but as i say, it's not me van is it. I will be envious don't have me wrong but i'm not sleeping in a tent/Mazda/or any other abode apart from our very own PIA.
Not really Panky. Time has just slipped me by to be honest. I had designs on her being ready ages ago but then we decided to move house which just took all my spare time and money up. She won't be long but just not for this one;-) All is is cool though and i'm not going anywhere. Pia will just be ready in her own good time i guess? HAHA!
Saturday we will be leaving base camp for a run at approximately 11.00, once we have syncronised watches. We will be going via Abergavenny to Brecon where there will be a lunch stop for an hour and a half, down to Merthyr Tydfil, over a few small hills, around a few lakes, stop for refreshments at a pub and back for around 4pm.
Sunday will be a slightly earlier start at 10, with a view to having a short run to the Big Pit Mining Museum, where we can visit the pit, or soak up the sun for those who are a bit claustrophobic. Another shortish run back to Pub in time for lunch and then time for goodbyes.
