Righty then, been out on the van today. As you can see from the pic, i have been cutting yet more metal out:O but it's for the greater good

i removed the outriggers which were shot to bits unfortunately and couldn't be saved so i now await some fresh new ones from our Woolfy
So once i had all that done (Which seems to take ages once you start) it afforded me some time to put some new metal in

thought i would start with the wheel arches as they appeard easy(Yeah right) especially when you have to fabricate a new fridge step onto a standard arch. Anyway, it was my first attempt at this kind of thing so i'm pretty pleased with it thus far. Never took me as long as i thought

you can see in the pic that horrible patchwork piece

i thought it was a scab of rust until i grinded away and found a fresh hole. Oh well, it's stronger than it was before

thanks for the donor wheel arch Tim and Chris

all in all, a pretty good days activity. Next to go on are the new Cills and outriggers[^]
Don't throw cats in bins. It's naughty.
