Thanks again all not much work on the van today as my hands are so sore from all the metal bending,Angle Grind bits stuck in fingers etc...So thought i'd have a day off. I did however start cutting the other side up to reveal what i have ahead of me and as luck would have it, it's not as bad as the other side which is ace news looks as though i will need to weld in the Cill where the wheel arch is again as they are the first to go, but in terms of making new floor sections etc, i'm pretty safe it seems? That said, who knows what lurks around so i'm not counting chickens just yet so far it's looking like a few outriggers, Leaf spring hanger again, some repair to wheel arch (Nowhere near as bad as the other one) bit of floor to sort and hey presto, glue panels on......M.O.T and a paint job!!! Which reminds me....Any news on when my shiny new Petrol tank will be available Tim[?]

Not being pushy or nowt, just need to know roughly as i don't really want to put the old one back on Anyway, not been on the van much today due to many annoying little things such as running out of Gas and cutting disks and getting caught in town and behind every slow driver, caught at every red light, you know what i mean....Just one of thm days..
Anyhow, i got home eventually and cut the fluted panel off and to my delight the Cill is in much better order this side..Infact i can see the welding coming to an end soon couple of pics here. First one is showing the new Stainless Cill clamped in place(Complete with sticky back plastic covering on). Second one is the state of the Cill and floor etc (Much easier eh) And the third one is just me getting above my station and jumping the gun, and running before i can walk etc etc etc....Looks good though dunnit with the two back corners in place[^]

Cheers Mark i'm over the moon that it's in better order yep, i can't lie! Just need to get out there and get the bleeding thing sorted and M.O.T'd now and i will be a happy boy
