Basically he's getting it MOT'd and putting it back on... Don't get me wrong it's entirely his choice what he sells and when but I'm quite pleased I didn't make that journey as I intended to a day or two ago. Shame is he wouldn't even consider a 'normal' sale, declining to even put an ammount forward that he'd like. Seems he's set on that pesky Ebay. Ho hum, so has anyone got a reasonable, tidy or really nice pre 72 PB they'd like to sell me? Because I want to buy one and Ebay just annoys me.
He's posted up at the bottom of the ad that he's MOTing it and relisting.
Smacks to me of "it only just made the reserve and I want more dosh".
The reserve he set was 1800 and it made that. if you want more, sell it straight or set a higher reserve.
Frustrating thing is people like you John have made plans around it. E-bay is a PITA but means both buyers and sellers get to find what they want.
Was also thinking, you couldn't cancel without a very good reason in the last 24 hours of an auction. Was the case last time I sold anything there anyway.
Oh, well, here's us both still looking! [8]
