Weather in the summer I'd say is a bit like Scotland: You never know when the rain and wind will come, but otherwise it is glorious!

Often a bit chilly up in the mountains, even during summer. Apat from that it is normally pretty mild and fine. Even baking hot sometimes [8D]
Roads are generally pretty empty, which is a revelation compared to England - and even Scotland - in traffic terms. Some amazing scenery to be had in most places, especially on the western coast - all the way to the top. Even though these norwegians seem to have a mission in connecting all islands with bridges (they will be working on that for a few hundred years still, I should imagine, as there must be millions of islands..), there are still a lot of cosy ferrys around the coast. Which is a great thing when on holiday, as you get a break and see so much.
Maybe even a "Commer community trip" to Norway could be a thought for a summer sometime in the future

Would definitely be something different !
And it's not that far away, really:

But now I'm stealing the New Zealand attention completely with my Norway talk, and that was not really the intention. Sorry, lads and gals :I
