Seems I have until the 27th to apply ... but wondering, are we, I presume meeting up as exhibits and if so are we able to camp in them overnight as I don't really have a tent...

There has been some confusion. The show is on Sunday, Saturday is the Transit van day, although we are welcome. I will be arriving late Saturday afternoon.
