COMMERFEST 2015

Great pictures from Admin in Google pics of all the Commers. I've never seen so many Commers vans in one location. This should be considered a world record!! Great to hear the weather was kind to you and a merry time had by all. Looking forward to more pictures.

It's unfortunate at times being on the other side of the world and missing such an event, Ned Kelly summed it up in his final words before being hanged, "Such is Life"

Well done to all involved,
We had 45 at commer fest 2010

What a fest ! Personally, I think it was even better than the last one (2010).

It was great to meet up with Commerades again, both "old" and "new". It is such a well balanced bunch that it is simply amazing. Sorry for the ones who couldn't make it this time, but make sure you get on board on the next one - whenever that will be.

A million thanks to Karen, Martin, Panky, Barb, Heidi, Bernie, Andy and others who put such much work into making the Commerfest the success that it became. And a big thanks to everyone who came along to make it the grand fest it was.

We arrived back in Norway veeeery late on Sunday night (1.15am Monday morning to be precise) with two utterly exhausted children who had the most wonderful experience this weekend. Even their mum has warmed to the idea of Commer campervan life, which is a miracle greater than most - and a very welcome change of heart :D

A HUGE thankyou to Heidi and Bernie for lending us Gladys for the duration of the Commerfest. It became a catalyst for getting the family across and ended up being a great success!

And finally, thanks to Mike (Clarabel) for giving me a right telling off for not having the Highwayman back on the road yet (he was not the only one.. but the most determined). Good intentions are all very well, but sometimes a good kick up the backside is needed to get things moving in the right direction. Note taken, and renewed efforts will follow shortly.

The best playground of all: A proper Commer FC1500 fire engine!

Sorry we missed you too, John. Had to leave to catch our flight, which ended up as a mad rush in the end. But we'll be in touch

And thanks for bringing the fly sheet. It really was unused, still with control sticker on it

Absolutely fantastic weekend. Massive thanks to all involved in making it happen. Shame Martin wasn't at the raffle but the minion did a great job... can't help thinking he looks like someone :D
A great ending to our two week tour of England. Oh yes, and we overtook a poxwagen on the way home... ace! :)

Glad you enjoyed it and congratulations on your first post in the Madhouse:D
Can you remind me which one was your van please, a pic would be even better:)

I feel so gutted I sat on Loch Lomond in the rain for a week and missed Commerfest, looked and sounded amazing. Next time for sure
