We've just had an email from BBC radio York. they want to do an interview on Friday, about the camper hire. I presume they will air it on a different day. Watch this space
Good timing, people are fed up with the cold and will be looking forward to those long hot summer days[8D] - well summer days anyway:I and what better way to spend them than to trundle around the countryside in a lovely old Commer[^]
Trouble is, some people listening might not know what a Commer is so you need to push the whole Commer 'scene' as well, this site plus Martin and Woolfy's support etc etc. Maybe leave out references to insanity and the Madhouse though, at least until they're hooked
If I told you I was a pathological liar, would you believe me?
Peggy's got an MOT !!! (not a lie)

Dolly the Tourstar is nearing completion, should be painted by the end of the week
Hi Martin - Referring back to a thread on here about flue kits for the fridges....When you stripped Dolly down, did the Flue go straight out the side of the van (by that i mean directly from the back of the fridge) or did it vent out via a different route.
I can't see a flue on our Tourstar so was going to fit one, but my Dad who owns half the van is reluctant to cut a hole on the side of it. I'm hoping that there is a flue already fitted, and i'm just too thick to recognise it!
Had an email from ITV's Calendar news today They would like to do a feature about the campers and the 87 year old lady from York, that used to own Lucy
They also sent me this link to the '61 New York Motorshow, featuring a Maidstone
